Refund policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made on scudoTrack.com, operated by Damidu SRL.

1. Return period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, complete with any accessories, and in its original packaging.

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to start a return

Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return shipping

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.

6. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom or personalized products;
  • special-order items procured specifically for the customer;
  • digital services or activated service packages;
  • SIM cards or connectivity-related products once activated;
  • sale items and gift cards.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

9. European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the order is shipped to a customer located in the European Union and the purchase qualifies as a consumer purchase under applicable law, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

In such cases, the item must still be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, complete, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

10. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at refund@scudotrack.com.
